Please Note: Divers are to only book themselves onto this site. Divers must not make a booking on behalf of another diver.

Site Access Requirements **UPDATED January 2025**
- All CDAA divers are required to meet outside road gate and enter the property as one group. Boom gate code is 1555 + A.
- Divers must enter the property as one group (this refers to the whole property not just the dive site) no earlier than 30 minutes before your confirmed dive slot time.
- Observe speed limit at all times.
- Divers are to park on Northern side of the sinkhole (the opposite side to the shed) as marked on the Kilsby’s aerial map.
- Every diver must sign the Kilsby's logbook located next to the defibrillator in the shed.
- Divers are to access the gear-up area via the Diver’s Gate. Gate code 1967. Refer Kilsby’s aerial map (Black). This gate must be shut at all times and locked on departure.
- Divers may use the BBQ area verandah on hot or rainy days. Refer Kilsby’s aerial map (Blue).
- Divers are not permitted past the Sinkhole Cutting gate before their dive slot time. Refer Kilsby’s aerial map (Red). This gate must be shut at all times.
- No use of showers unless medically necessary.
- Toilet for use by divers in on the northern side of the shed. Refer Kilsby’s aerial map (Orange).
- Maximum pontoon capacity is 10. Please respect and communicate with Kilsby staff regarding entering or exiting the water.
- Divers must ensure the pontoon is clear of all equipment before the end of their dive slot time.
- Divers are required to have left the property within 30 minutes of your slot time ending.
- Respect your time slots and other customers on site.
- No non-divers or observers allowed.
- Strictly NO touching of any part of the sinkhole or artifacts.
- Stay away from the sinkhole floor. Kilsby's Management does not want anything or anyone to touch the floor of the sinkhole as this can damage the delicate environment.
- Do not rest stage tanks on the floor. There are clips in place for stage hanging.
- Flying drones on the property is not permitted.
- Use of compressors or generators on site is not permitted.
- All products not water-based are banned from the Sinkhole. For example divers must not use baby shampoo or any non-water-based shampoo as an aid to don and doff their drysuit.
Special Information:
- An access trial is currently underway where CDAA members may share the water with other divers, freedivers, or snorkelers.
- The trial arrangement enables members to dive charged on a per diver per dive slot basis any day of the week, subject to dive slot availability.
- CDAA is not currently required to book and pay for the entire dive slot.
Cancellation Policy
Kilsby’s Management has introduced a 21-day cancellation policy.
NO REFUND will be given if a diver cancels less than 21 days from a booking.
FULL REFUND will be given if a diver cancels 21 days or more from a booking.
